MasterJotDelete your MasterJot account
The fastest method is Settings → Delete my account inside the app. This removes synchronized notes, tasks, scan images, identity links and local app data.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email linked to your Google or Apple account. Include only the account email and the words “delete my MasterJot account”. Do not send passwords, tokens or note photos.
What happens
- We verify control of the linked email before acting on a web request.
- MasterJot account data and stored scan images are deleted after verification.
- Anonymous accounts without a linked email can only be reliably identified and deleted from inside the app.
- Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain transaction records required for accounting, fraud prevention or law; deleting MasterJot does not cancel a store subscription.
Cancel an active subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
