MasterJot converts photos of handwritten notes into tasks. We collect only the data needed to provide that service, synchronize your devices, manage your account and process subscriptions. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use note content to train models.

Data we process

• Account identifiers, device identifier, locale, timezone and, when you link an account, your email and Google or Apple identity.
• Notes, tasks, dates, tags and synchronization changes you choose to save.
• A compressed note image when you request a scan. Temporary upload files are deleted from the device after upload.
• Subscription status and purchase history supplied by Apple, Google and RevenueCat.
• Operational metadata such as request timing, error codes and app version. Note text, images and tokens are never written to application logs.

Processing and sharing

Images are stored in Amazon S3 and processed through Amazon Bedrock to extract text and task suggestions. Google ML Kit Document Scanner is used on Android for capture and cropping. RevenueCat processes subscription status. Apple and Google process authentication and store purchases under their own policies. We share data only with these processors as necessary to provide the app or when legally required.

Retention and security

Original scan images are automatically deleted from our servers after no more than 30 days. A thumbnail may remain while its note exists. Synchronized note and task data remains until you delete it or your account. Authentication tokens are encrypted or stored in the platform keychain. Data is encrypted in transit.

Your choices

You may use the app anonymously, deny camera or notification access, use the gallery instead of the camera, edit or delete local content, and delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes MasterJot server data and local app data. Store transaction records may be retained by Apple, Google or RevenueCat for legal and accounting obligations. You may also use the web deletion request.

International transfers and children

Service providers may process data in the United States and other countries using appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. MasterJot is not directed to children under 13. Contact us to exercise access, correction, deletion or portability rights.

O MasterJot transforma fotos de anotações manuscritas em tarefas. Tratamos somente os dados necessários para prestar esse serviço, sincronizar aparelhos, administrar sua conta e processar assinaturas. Não vendemos dados pessoais, não os usamos para publicidade e não usamos o conteúdo das notas para treinar modelos.

Podemos tratar identificadores de conta e aparelho, e-mail ao vincular Apple ou Google, notas, tarefas, datas, tags, imagens enviadas para leitura e o estado da assinatura. As imagens originais são apagadas do servidor em até 30 dias; arquivos temporários de upload são apagados do aparelho após o envio. Tokens ficam protegidos pelo Keychain ou Android Keystore.

Você pode usar o app anonimamente, negar permissões e apagar sua conta nos Ajustes. A exclusão remove os dados do MasterJot no servidor e no aparelho; Apple, Google e RevenueCat podem conservar registros de transação por obrigações legais. Solicitações também podem ser feitas pela página de exclusão.
